Sicklecell Warriors Organization (TASIWA), in collaboration with Mwanza Children's Action Network (MCAN), conducted a training session for 100 children from the Africa Inland Church Tanzania (AICT).
The training equipped children with essential knowledge and skills on child safety, while enhancing their understanding of Sickle Cell Disease (SCD) and how to support children living with the condition both at school and at home. The session promoted awareness, inclusion, and a supportive environment where every child can learn and thrive.
TASIWA extends sincere appreciation to the parents and Africa Inland Church Tanzania (AICT) for providing children with this valuable opportunity to learn about health, safety, and inclusion—essential foundations for building a healthier and more informed generation.
